Vegan Pound cake Recipe
No egg, milk, butter, and other animal foods. And I do not use white sugar, and chemical foods as much as possible.
You can add 10g ~ 15g cocoa powder, or matcha powder if you want to make other tastes.
And also can add some toppings (ex : nuts, dried fruits pumpkin, or so on).
□■ Ingredients ■□
・400 g Whole wheat flour
・400 g Soy milk
・100 g Rape seed oil
・100 g Beet sugar
・16 g Baking powder (Aluminium free)
□■ Directions ■□
1 Reheat an oven to 356°F/180℃.
2 Whole wheat flour, beet sugar, and baking powder into bowl, and mix with rubber spatula.
3 Fold soy milk and rape seed oil into mixture.
4 Lay cooking sheet on the bottom of pound cake tin. And pour mixture into it.
5 Bake 30~40 minutes.
